SHIPPING & RETURNS
- At Emporia Jewels we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
- If you opt for online payment transfers (credit/debit card transactions) or net banking, we offer free shipping all over India.
- In case of Cash on delivery within India, we charge INR 80 for shipping.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9 am to 6 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is 5 working Days subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- As soon as your package ships, you will receive an SMS once the shipment handover to our courier partner Shipping

International Shipping charges are calculated by our system based on parcel weight and your zip code.
There are a few countries which charge a custom fee at the port of entry based on shipment value. Emporia Jewels is not responsible in case of additional custom duty.
We do not have a policy for international Returns however we will provide full support in case of any problem faced with the shipment.
Having said this, it is always special to be a catalyst in bringing a slice of home closer to all of you spread across the globe, through our jewellery.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product on firstname.lastname@example.org . You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit.
We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
No refunds are our policy.
Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Team Emporia Jewels. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of Emporia Jewels.
We will always hear you out and will definitely lend any help needed.
